Price example
- Price per night: €180 (high season)/€150 (low season)
- Stay for 5 nights: (5 x 180 = €900)
- Final cleaning: €175
- Warranty: €1.000 (will be refunded on your banking account after checkup together with the key holder)
- Check-in on Saturday or Sunday: €25

- Check-in: 4pm
- Check-out: 10am

Cancellation Policy
Non refundable 50% pay on time of booking (payment is confirmation of booking). Cancellation is possible upon one month before arrival. The rest of the amount should be paid one month before arrival together with the final cleaning fee of 175 euro. Late arrivals (after 9 pm) and during weekends extra fee of 25 euros.
Payment of the guarantee (1.000 euro) should be paid 14 days before arrival. Warranty will be refunded on your banking account after checkup together with the keyholder.
Minimum booking of 5 days and maximum 3 months. Price depends on time of the year (high/low season).
